Crafting Your Order:
Each preorder or custom piece is created specifically for you. This process typically takes 4–6 weeks so we can ensure every item meets our high standards.

Launch to Your Door:
Once your order is ready, we’ll send it using the fastest available method to your region. You can upgrade to express shipping during checkout for quicker delivery.

Transit Times:

• Within the US: Usually 2–7 business days

• Worldwide: Usually 5–12 business days

Please note external factors like customs, weather, or carriers may cause delays.

Follow Your Drop:
You’ll receive a tracking link once your item ships, so you can monitor its journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Mixed Orders:
If you order both ready-to-ship and custom pieces, the ready items go out immediately, while custom items ship separately when complete.

Check Your Coordinates:
Ensure your shipping info is correct, mistakes can cause delays or misdelivery, which we cannot fix after shipping.
